Born out of the pandemic, Levon and Kim Wallace created Fatbelly Pretzel out of their home in July of 2020. It quickly became so popular they were producing hundreds of pretzels for local farmers markets, community events and pop ups. Their brand grew into much more. creating many types of breads and sandwiches as well as mountains of sweet treats. They found their home at 921 Gallatin Ave. in October of 2022 and have been part of the community ever since.
